Permanent cosmetic make up is a form of cosmetic tattooing, also known as 'micro- pigmentation". A wide ranging technique which consists of pigment implantation into the dermis layer of the skin resulting in designs that resemble make up.
The healing process takes 4-6 weeks for the skin to be completely "healed". The first 2-3 days the procedure area will appear slightly swollen and bold in color. Once peeling begins the area will begin to flake off over the course of 3-5 days, the procedure area will appear light after peeling is complete, but will begin to darken over the course of the following weeks.
It is important to avoid the following post procedure:
You are not a candidate for Permanent Make up if any of the following apply to you:
Everyone experiences a different level of discomfort depending on skin sensitivity, but a numbing solution is used during the procedure and most clients say the pain is minimal.
Treated areas that are properly cared for will last 1-3 years varying on skin type and lifestyle. Please note, excessive tanning, facial peels, laser treatments, and skin resurfacing or lightening treatments will cause treated area(s) to fade faster.
Whether you're getting eyebrow or lip pigmentation, the shape is created through a process of advanced mapping methods according to your facial structure, and input from you as to what your day to day 'brow and/or lip goals' are. You will approve of the exact outline before anything is made permanent.
Clients with previous work from a different artist are accepted on a case by case basis with an additional fee of up to $100 added to each appointment. If you are interested in having work done by me, please submit photos of your previous work down below in the "Get In Touch" Section
